Shipping and Returns


Products ship between 1-3 business days after processing, however with most products being made to order it may take up to 4 weeks from making the order to the product being shipped.

Nomad Custom Gear is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility. This includes damages, lost items and theft.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We do not do returns on custom made gear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will begin the process for exchanging a product.
