The AICS Mag Pouch has options for every type of end-user.
Elastic with the hard body makes for great mag retention and easy deployment and returning the mag into the pouch. Secondary retention is through shock around a sewn in triglide with either full shock cord, or use of the included, adjustable flap. Holding shorter 10 round metal mags or longer 12 round metal or 10 round polymer magazines takes no more then a little adjustment of the shock cord tension, or adjusting the flap on the loop velcro strip on the inside of the pouch body.
Molle on the back to attach to wherever you need your kit.
